Placed order start of Oct 2009 for this and it said awaiting stock for ages and ages I kept looking elsewhere for same but left it with Play.com and congratulations Play.com you came through at the eleventh hour and it arrived with me exactly one week before Christmas. The message here is to have the faith and these guys make dreams come true for my little girl thank you and it was charged at the original price of 17.99 and not inflated to stupid prices as seen whilst looking around again well done Play.com

This is an excellent item, lots of fun but good luck in buying them as nearly all the shops in the UK have sold out!!

this is a good idea for kids who aren't allowed real pets for whatever reason as the hamster works outside of unit but this unit gets boring very quickly unless you have some of the other rooms to add on. Also the "U" connectors are a bit fiddly even for adults.
